I'm still new to the carbon steel pan and when I received it, unfortunately it had some rust spots on it but after cleaning it with mild soap, that disappeared. I'm not an expert on this pan and it takes a little more finesse since I'm used to non-stick pans. I've used it several times now and it gets easier and better with each use. Perhaps after I've had it for a couple of months, I'll come and review. It's really heavy for me so that is an issue but it's great quality so that is a plus.
Greatest pan there is. Absolutely crushes All-Clad. Threw all of my All-Clad out.
Skillet is great, the handle I am not a fan of. It angles up too high for my liking. Seems like I am always bumping the handle regardless of where I turn it. Skillet cooks great, though!

We love it! So easy to prepare food and then equally of ease to plate it right from the pan! Washes and dries quickly...it’s our go to for everything!
