Refund policy

As part of Baking Steel’s quality policy, customer satisfaction is essential to our business. If you’re not happy, neither are we.

Limited Lifetime warranty. All Baking Steel products are backed by a limited lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use. If your steel cracks or breaks during normal use in a home oven or on a household grill, we’ll replace it. The warranty does not cover thermal shock, warping from direct uncontrolled flame, outdoor storage, or commercial use. Surface rust, discoloration and patina are natural characteristics of carbon steel and are not covered.

Returns and refunds. You may request a return within 30 days from the day your order arrives. Merchandise must be unused, in the condition it was received, and in the original packaging. Your return ships on a prepaid label. Custom-size Baking Steels are final sale.

Holiday returns. Orders placed November 1 through December 24 may be returned through January 31. Same conditions apply.

International orders are final sale. The limited lifetime warranty still applies.

Minor imperfections, surface markings and slight color variations are normal results of our hand seasoning process and do not affect performance.
