Baking Steel Cheesy Meatball Sticks
100 gram dough ball
2 -3 small meatballs 1 oz. each
50 grams fresh mozzarella cheese
Sprinkling Parmesan Cheese
Stretch your dough ball to about 6 inches and flatten on piece of parchment paper. Use a rolling pin or hands. Knock out the air bubbles
Place cheese and meatballs in the center of the dough. Roll over one side of the dough over the cheese and pinch. You are rolling the dough like a cigar. Pinch edges together. Place seam side down on parchment. Repeat if making more than meatball cheese stick.
Launch onto your Baking Steel product and bake for approximately 10 minutes.
