With all the positives reviews that I saw online it made the expectations extremely high and they exceeded all of them . I received updates on throughout the process and the shipping was super fast. I was invited to see instructional videos with some online classes and was told if I had any questions to feel free to contact the company and they would be more then happy to advise me . When the pizza steel arrived and I was thrilled . The attention to detailed was second to none . I was so happy with the whole entire experience I decided I needed the large griddle also and ordered that as well. They didn’t have their cook book Baking with Steel available at the time but I found it on line and bought that as well . I can’t wait to see all the new things I can make . I would highly recommend this product and this company to all my friends and family. This is a 5 stars product and customer service company.

I can throw away my pizza stone now. This thing blows it away. I’ve been making my own dough for years but could never get the crispy crust I like. At 550F my oven just couldn’t get hot enough with a stone. The steel solved that problem and has taken my home pizzas to a level I didn’t think was possible for an oven.

I was skeptical when I ordered a Baking Steel Pro. I haven’t been able to make a decent pizza or bread in my new oven and didn’t know if this could make difference. Right out of the box I was impressed - the baking steel is very heavy and high quality. I first tried to make a pizza from scratch. The pizza came out perfect! I had used a pizza stone for decades and never came close to results like this! I can’t wait to try breads and use it on the grill for a different flavor.

I had a smaller version and used it allot it worked well. When the larger one came along I wanted to get it to accommodate a more robust pizza. Works well, hefty. If you have weak arm strength you will need help to place it on your oven.

Ordered the large Baking Steel plate and the results are utterly fantastic! Kept the steel at 450 degrees and for the last few minutes put on the broiler and the results were spectacular. The chew on the crust was equal to Frank Pepe's Apizza Neoplitano in New Haven, Connecticut! 5 Stars. The Baking Steel plate is a true Game Changer for home Pizza makers like myself. It’s a big hunk of steel. There’s nothing particularly special about it, but it definitely makes cooking a pizza so much better. I got the baking steel pro and it’s a little too wide to fit on my oven rack all the way, so measure before you buy!

Bought B S Pro like it but have not experienced markedly better cooking compared to my pizza stone. What I have noticed is much quicker heating, temp stabilization and the indestructibility.
This was at a cost more then twice the cost of the stone. This steel should pay for outdoor baking so I am pleased none the less.

My husband and I purchased the Baking Steel and love it! We have a wood fired oven in the yard which we LOVE but can’t use during our Canadian winters, so now we are really looking forward to having amazing ‘Pizza Friday’s’ with the family all year round! The crust baked exactly like the outdoor oven but in the house!!( I am looking forward to trying my sourdough bread on the steel as well.)
The stone is very heavy so we actually leave it in the oven most of the time for convenience.
We would highly recommend this steel for anyone who loves making high end pizzas at home!!

The baking Steele is everything this is was advertised to be. I've used it twice now and it is capable of creating a better than professional tasting pizza crust! My guest rave about my pizza and genuinely appear to rate them as one of the best pizzas they have ever had. My fig jam, prosciutto and arugula pizza seems to be the winner of the "best pizza ever" comment. The only downside and caution is that the Steele is very, very heavy. I keep it stored in the bottom of my oven and have to slide it forward and lift it up to the center rack. So you must be physically capable of lifting and moving around a 27 pound flat and awkward piece of Steele and you must have an oven rack that is hefty enough to handle the weight. If that is not a problem, go for it!
