  • 2 oz fresh mozzarella, torn
  • 1 oz fontina cheese, shredded
  • 1 oz goat cheese, crumbled (added after bake)
  • Drizzle of hot honey (added after bake)

Step-by-Step Method

1. Preheat Your Oven

  • Place your Baking Steel on the top rack.
  • Preheat to 500°F for 45 minutes.
  • Switch to broil about 5 minutes before that launch, get those broiler coils ripping hot.

2. Prep the Dough

  • Stretch your 72-hour dough to about 12”.
