Simple, one pot Mac n Cheese in our Carbon Steel pan is a slam dunk for the entire family!

Ingredients
- 6-8oz dry macaroni elbows

3-4 Tbsp butter
-
2 Tbsp flour
-
1-1/4c whole milk
-
tsp ea. of salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder

8 oz mix of cheese grated (cheddar, jack, mozz if you want)
Directions
Melt butter in your Carbon Steel Pan. Whisk in flour to make roux.
Pour milk in and whisk, it must bubble to thicken and activate roux.
Add in all spices and whisk.
Stir in grated cheese.
Add macaroni elbows in and use pasta water to adjust consistency.
