Copy of Printable Arugula and Caramelized Onion Pizza
🍕 Arugula & Caramelized Onion Pizza Ingredients:

1 pizza dough ball

1 medium onion, thinly sliced

75g (2 oz) olive oil

5g (½ tsp) sea salt

3 oz arugula
-
1 oz balsamic vinegar
-
4 oz fontina cheese, shredded
Caramelized Onions:

Heat olive oil in a carbon steel pan or griddle over medium heat.

Add onions, reduce heat to low.

Stir and cook ~30 min until golden brown.

Remove from heat and cool.
Pizza Assembly:

Preheat oven to 500°F with Baking Steel on the top rack.

Stretch dough, place on a floured peel.
-
Top with fontina and caramelized onions.
-
Bake 2 minutes, rotate, then 2 more minutes.

Remove from oven, top with arugula and a drizzle of balsamic.
