We’re into this review kind of a second one 30 days deep when I first got the stuff I was super excited and I loved it. I bought the accessories they didn’t have the book so I bought it on Amazon because the guy that invented the steel wrote the book And I’m really glad that I bought all of it all the accessories. Everything is classes are you can send emails ask questions there’s a book that you can buy. It’s kind of like PED performance, enhancing drugs, or HGH human growth hormones. This is all natural, of course, but anything you do Well with baking seal you’ll do better and if you read the recipes, take the classes get the book it’ll make you a hero. It really will improve your game.

I love the pizza steel. I just ordered the extra large steel. I am an Italian from New York and been making my dough for years. I made 15 pizzas last weekend. Can't wait to try my breads on the steel. Love your site! Your the ! Thanks for answering my email so quickly! Your awesome!!!!!

The 16" Baking Steel has brought my pizza making to the next level. Allows for a near perfect crust with a crispy leopard patch bottom. Great product.

These rings work great, when bread is about 15 minutes from being done I put it on the ring. They create just enough space between breads and steel to allow air to flow. The bottoms of bread are perfectly crisp but not burnt.
