🔥 Baking Steel Spotlight: Matt Morizio

This week’s spotlight isn’t a pizza, it’s a ritual. One that starts with dough, ends on a Baking Steel, and has bonded a whole family.

In Matt Morizio’s house, Sunday isn’t Sunday without English muffins.
And when I say ‘family tradition,’ I mean a full-on breakfast production line. Matt and his wife Addie have seven kids, Olive, Ruby, Nora, August, Joseph, Angelo, and Phillip, plus River the dog keeping watch for crumbs. The smell of fresh muffins, the chatter, the chaos… that’s what Sunday’s all about.

When he’s not flipping muffins, Matt’s helping purpose driven families build wealth through his business, Reconstructing Wealth. But come Sunday? It’s all about the steel.

His tool of choice? The Baking Steel Original, right on the stovetop.
